About Mr. Sunil Gwalani

Mr. Sunil is a leadership and behavioural facilitator, an executive coach, and a keynote speaker. He worked in advertising and product management for 14 years and has been an entrepreneur for the last 21 years in the areas of corporate communication, technical writing, and training and coaching.

In the last 20 years, Sunil has worked with 270 companies in India, China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bangladesh, and Europe. He has trained and coached 65,000 people across industries.

He has coached managers in areas of performance, leadership and team management, and self-development. He also facilitates workshops on Leadership, Managerial Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Executive Presence, Self-Development, and Personality Profiling.

When not doing any of these, Sunil runs marathons, travels extensively, reads avidly, designs and conducts quizzes, writes and dabbles in theatre.
