Amol’s experience spans over 21 years (16 years in corporates and 5 plus years in the consulting world), which includes Training & Development; Competency based Assessments and HR across various industries. He has trained more than 17500 associates at various levels.

Amol has worked in Sales with various corporates starting from Vidyut Metallics Ltd. (Supermax Shaving Blades), Amway India Enterprises, Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd., HSBC Bank and Future Generali Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (Big Bazaar Group), in various senior roles. In his last 3½ years corporate stint with TATA Motors Ltd, he was instrumental in setting up the entire HR architecture for 2800 dealers across the country.
