Mr. Kevin M. Shah is a Peer Thought Strategist for upward bound entrepreneurs. He believes in Empowered Entrepreneurship, one where a future aspirational tone is set at the helm and the culture is people centric.Besides coaching & mentoring, he is a sought after motivational speaker.Through his ability to deeply engage with clients, along with them he co-creates workable solutions for the company’s various long-term needs.

His interests being team alignment, evolved strategy & effective execution. A lot of his insights come from his personal experience of running a successful enterprise for over 25 years.

He grew his business of design, engineering & manufacturing of technically intensive equipment catering to the chemical processing industries & then sold it to a NASDAQ listed Swedish MNC after they made an unsolicited offer for his business. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Houston.
