Coming Saturday, 31st Oct 2020, we have a knowledge session on “Understanding Provisions of HINDU SUCCESSION ACT 1956 with (Amendment) 2005″ by legal expert, Advocate Ashwini Randive.

She will be speaking on :

• Equal Rights in HUF (Hindu Undivided Family)

Indian Parliament enacted the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005 (“the Amendment Act” or “the 2005 Amendment”) so as to confer equal right to a daughter to a share in Hindu joint family property by deeming a daughter to be a coparcener.

Adv. Ashwini Randive is a practicing Advocate since last 23 years & has a rich experience in Civil cases . Trained under the proficient guidance of one of the most senior & esteemed Advocate Mr.V.N. Agashe.

She has been on panel of Bank of Maharashtra, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board & currently on is a member on the ethics committee of Jupiter Lifeline Hospital.

She is advising on property matter to major real estate developers like Lodha developers & others.
During her years of practice she has been exposed to milestone cases that gained her the reputation of one of the most sought after advocate for civil matters pertaining to land, family, most importantly, matters related to inheritance to family wealth.

Groomed & raised under the influence of her grandfather, late Shri. B.G.Deshmukh (IAS) who was the Principal secretary to 3 prime Ministers of our country, she is known to be someone who stands tall to uphold the true ethoes of one of the 4 pillars of Indian democracy..the judiciary.

She also runs a NGO by the name of Blossom Charitable Trust, that carries water, health and educational programmes in adivasi villages of palghar district since 2016..
